Cocaine laws in Ukraine
In general, Ukraine maintains a harsh drug legislation, however there is a distinction established between personal use and selling Cocaine. If you are caught with less than 5 grams of Cocaine, you will be charged with an administrative infraction and will be fined. The fine will vary depending on how much money you have, but it will not exceed 50 euros. If you are a foreigner, the police may attempt to intimidate you and demand a bribe. This is popular in Ukraine, although a bribe should not cost more than 50 euros. You can go to jail if you have more than 5 grams of Cocaine or if you sell it. Ukrainian Cocaine laws is liberal towards low scale users, but it is still best to be discrete about it in order to avoid any troubles with the police.
Finding Cocaine in Kiev
There is a lot of Cocaine in Kiev, just as in any other big city. Dealers can readily be found in parks or near metro stations. Those dealers, on the other hand, rarely have nice Cocaine and will almost likely try to take advantage of you. It’s advisable to ask some locals where to acquire decent Cocaine. They usually have a solid idea where to find nice Cocaine. The cost per gram is around 4-5 dollars. Cocaine is frequently sold in matchboxes containing 2.5 or 5 grams of Cocaine; it is best not to bring more than 5 grams with you.
